“But reject profane and old wives’ fables, and exercise yourself toward godliness. 8 For bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come. “1 Timothy 4:7-8
Jesus spent time with his twelve disciples during His three year public ministry as they learned, in a small group, real world application of the biblical principals that would guide the remainder of their lives.
Whether you are currently a leader in your career, community, church or business or would like to be prepared when God calls you to His will, these discipleship classes will strengthen your spiritual muscles and refine you to Christ like character.
– The Women meet the first and third Tuesday each month @ 7:00PM
Baptism is a command directly from Jesus for the believer to publicly profess with an outward sign what has happened inside their heart, soul and spirit.
Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” (Matthew 28:18-20)
The Apostle Peter told us simply that Baptism is a “pledge of a good conscience toward God” (1 Peter 3:18b”)
